Film & Instant Film Photography

there’s something film does that digital can’t.

Film slows everything down. The shoot, the process, the way the images feel when they come back. There’s a quality to it that’s hard to articulate but immediately recognizable: grain, warmth, a certain weight. A film photograph feels like it’s already aged into something worth keeping.

Film is available as an add-on to any portrait, event, or headshot session, or as the primary format if that’s what you’re after. It works especially well for couples and relationship sessions, creative portraits, events where you want something that feels like a document rather than a highlight reel, and weddings where I’m working as a second shooter.

A few things worth knowing before you book: film requires developing and scanning, which adds time to turnaround. You’ll get fewer frames than a digital session, which is a feature, not a bug. Every frame is considered. And the results are genuinely different from digital in ways that are worth experiencing.
